Price Match Policy Terms & Conditions
Our lowest prices policy means that if you find a competitor’s lower price (including GST and delivery charges) on the same make/model in-stock item that’s available for same-day delivery or collection than on www.perthcommercialkitchens.com.au, we’ll beat it by 15%. The item must be an identical model to a product available on the Perth Commercial Kitchens Website.
This excludes Marketplace, eBay, Gumtree (and any third-party websites such as Silverchef). Reconditioned, second-hand, refurbished, display, demonstrator, or damaged products, and products available at a competitor warehouse sale are also excluded. Only the following Brand items are applicable to this offer: Norsk, Norpole, Thermocool, Hargrill, and Kalor.
Verifiable proof must be provided of the current advertised price of the same branded product by a Retailer to PCFE. The price match must include freight/delivery from the other outlet/retailer to the customer’s door. Verbal and written (including email) offers are excluded.

Simply send us a tax invoice for your first rental payment, along with a copy of the SilverChef direct debit receipt, and we’ll reimburse you.

Offer valid for all new SilverChef Rent-Try-Buy agreements entered into during October 2025. Equipment must be delivered and the contract settled by December 20, 2025.
