Where are Perth Commercial Kitchens located?
Perth Commercial Kitchens has two convenient locations across the Perth region to serve you. Our main showroom and warehouse are located at 53 Competition Road, Wangara, while our second showroom is situated at Unit 1/2 Cnr Nicholoson Rd and Panama Street, Canning Vale. Both locations offer a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring our customers can see our products no matter where you’re based.
Do you sell to the general public?
At PCK, we happily sell to the general public, recognising that everyone has unique needs and requirements. However, we do advise against purchasing certain products for residential use, as they may require specific power supply levels that are not typically compatible with home setups. We’re happy to guide you in choosing the right equipment for your needs.
Can I pick my products up from your Canning Vale Showroom?
The Canning Vale location is only a showroom. As a result, pickups are only available from our warehouse in Wangara. However, we’re always happy to arrange delivery of your products directly to you for your convenience.
What is the warranty on your products?
The warranty on our equipment varies depending on the brand, typically ranging from 12 months to 2 years. Additionally, we offer an extended warranty—as indicated on our website, if you submit the extra warranty request within 14 days of your invoice date to receive an additional 2-year parts warranty. PCK would also like to note that if any equipment is lied down during the transportation process the warranty will be voided.
What services are covered by PCK?
We cover both parts and labour for the duration specified in the warranty for your equipment. If something is going wrong with your equipment, we will ask you to fill out a warranty request form on our website, and from there we send out a technician to come and look at it.
Do you have stock available in Perth?

How long will it take to get my products delivered?
At PCK, we understand that when equipment in a commercial kitchen or hospitality business breaks down, it can disrupt your operations, and you need a quick replacement. While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery time, we are committed to getting your products to you as quickly as possible. To ensure minimal downtime, we offer various delivery options, including after-hours courier services, so you can get the equipment you need when you need it most.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard payments, with a 1.2% surcharge for credit card transactions. Debit card payments will incur a 30-cent surcharge. We also accept other payment plan methods including Afterpay, SilverChef and Shift payments.
Can I pay for the products once they are delivered?
We require payment before releasing products to ensure a smooth transaction process, as well as to confirm that stock levels and banking details are accurate. However, we offer a range of finance options, which are explained in more detail below.

Are Perth Commercial Kitchens products eco-friendly?
We offer a range of eco-friendly fridges with natural refrigerants, helping to improve energy efficiency and save you time.
Do you sell second-hand commercial kitchen equipment?
We do not directly advertise or stock second-hand commercial kitchen equipment; however, we do work closely with our trusted partner, SilverChef, who sells Certified Used Commercial Kitchen Equipment.

How does the Price Match Guarantee work?
Our price match guarantee ensures that if you find a lower price (including GST and delivery charges) from a competitor on selected make and model in-stock item, available for same-day delivery or collection, we’ll beat it by 15%

Do you offer Finance?
We offer several flexible finance options, including SilverChef, New Equipment Finance and Shift Payments, to make your equipment purchase easier. Our New Equipment Finance plan simplifies the process, no personal security required, and quick online approval in minutes. We also provide Shift payments, giving you up to 14 days to pay for your purchases.
How does SilverChef financing work?
SilverChef offers a flexible rent, try, buy finance option tailored for business owners in the hospitality industry. This service enables you to try out equipment before making a purchase commitment. Perth Commercial Kitchens Delivery
Can you deliver to premises with stairs?
We are unable to deliver to premises with stairs due to insurance purposes and to ensure the safety of our staff during delivery.
Do you deliver to regional areas of WA?
We are happy to supply products to customers in regional areas of WA; however, the transportation of these products to the regional area is the customers responsibility. We can only arrange delivery to the transport company of your choice.
Can you unpack the products after delivery?
We are unable to unpack products after delivery due to time constraints with each order. The packaging and pallets are also the responsibility of the purchaser. If you want any packaging or pallets to be taken away this will incur an additional fee.
Do you take away old equipment?
Yes, we can take your old equipment away for a fee of $165. Conditions apply for this offer and is dependent on what equipment it is.
Where will my products be delivered?
For all commercial deliveries the products will be delivered to the front or back of the premises and for shopping centres all deliveries will be to the loading bay. For all residential deliveries the products will be delivered to garage or nearest secure location and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to move.
Spare Parts / Maintenance & Repairs
What happens if my kitchen equipment breaks down?
We have a full-time technician available at PCK and will come out to see what the issue with your equipment is. If there is an issue with your equipment, we will require you to fill out a service request form so we can get a better understanding of what the issue with your equipment could be and from there we can organise a time to come out and fix your equipment. If the job is not covered under warranty (please see attached warranty information), you will have to pay the $249 call-out fee.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes, we carry a wide range of spare parts for all of the brands that PCK owns such as Beerkool, Norpole, Norsk, Hargrill, Thermocool, Kastel and Kalor.
Why does my commercial fridge have water coming from it?
Condensation can be a common occurrence with commercial fridges, especially due to the climate that we live in. Many models offer low E or heated glass to minimise this effect.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you have recently placed an order and then later change your mind, we ask that you please reach out to our sales team as soon as possible so we are able to sort out the situation immediately and make sure you receive the product that will work best for your kitchen.

Do you offer a refund on products?
We understand that mistakes can happen, or you can simply change your mind and no longer want the product that you originally bought. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and unopened. You may also be required to pay a restocking fee. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, so some of this information may not apply and is subject to change depending on your individual circumstances.
