Refrigerated Food Display
The Norsk Sushi refrigerated display, also known as a sushi showcase, is a specialised unit for the display of Sushi, Nigiri and Making rolls however can also be used for other items such as cakes and pastries.
Key features of a sushi refrigerated display include:
- Dimensions 1500mm x 415mm x 300mm high 10amp
- Digital Temperature Control adjustable between 0°C and 6°C with a Ambient rating of 32°C
- Heated front glass to minimise condensation on the display glass
- Interior Shelving: The interior of the display contains 5 x GN 1/3 pans which are 25mm high. These can be removed and other plates used.
- The unit has bright top mounted LED lights to enhance the visual appeal of the items on display.
- Cooling from top and bottom evaporators to ensure temperature constancy.
- The front glass can be removed for ease of cleaning.
